We create chilled water plants with and without ice storage, falling film chillers, storage tanks, and pumping and distribution systems for chilled water for manufacturing. We are able to install low-charge ammonia liquid chillers that are specially designed to produce chilled water.
In addition to ensuring a continuous supply of chilled water at a constant temperature, our machines guarantee impressive energy savings of up to 50% compared to traditional tanks thanks to their electricity consumption. By producing chilled water using Madefrigor’s innovative ammonia system, which employs special semi-flooded exchangers, they allow for savings in terms of compressor absorption.

Full-inverter technology to avoid waste
Madefrigor’s machines are all full-inverter in order to eliminate the lower limit for the compressors, which makes them perfect for making minimal amounts of chilled water without any of the waste that often occurs in systems with ice storage, e.g. when all the ice does not melt or melts prematurely and the tank is no longer able to cool the water.
The inverters allow for the speed of the compressors to be adjusted and regulated, thus allowing us to implement various design solutions. Soft starts and stops reduce the stress on mechanical and electrical components. We are therefore able to guarantee significant energy savings, as the compressor is always meeting the system’s actual needs.
